The Dodgers expect Clayton Kershaw to make his next start Tuesday in the home opener against the Pirates. An illness limited Kershaw to three innings Thursday in the season opener against the Padres. He threw his regularly scheduled bullpen session on Saturday. "He's definitely better than he was the other day," manager Don Mattingly said. "I think he's expecting to go, but we're going to probably have to pay attention to him. He's in there doing his workouts. He's eating, but it's more bland foods and things like that. He's not exactly firing up the Mexican grill yet. "Right now, it looks like he's going to start the game. I think we're going to have to pay attention to him strength-wise as far as body, how long he goes."
