Hanley Ramirez hit his second home run of the exhibition season on Saturday against the Twins. The third baseman-turned-shortstop says he feels healthier than he has in quite some time. "I feel great. It's way different (than last year). Everybody knows I wasn't 100 percent," Ramirez said. Ramirez is batting .474 this spring after slumping to .243 last season. He played in just 92 games last year because of injuries and he had surgery in September on his left shoulder.
