Roy Oswalt has rejected an offer from the Tigers and is being courted by the Red Sox, but has settled on two different teams. The right-hander is expected to sign with either the Rangers or Cardinals. Texas already has an overstuffed rotation, but they are believed to be the favorites. FOX Sports reports that Oswalt and the Cardinals aren't in contact at this point.
