The Mets have agreed to minor league contracts with right-handers Miguel Batista and Fernando Cabrera. Both have been invited to spring training. Batista, 40, split last season between the Cardinals and Mets, going a combined 5-2 with a 3.60 ERA. Cabrera, 30, spent last season with Triple-A Sacramento in the Athletics organization.
