The Indians and Grady Sizemore are nearing an agreement on a one-year contract, according to sources. Cleveland declined a $9 million option on Sizemore's contract a few weeks ago, allowing him to become a free agent. Sizemore, 29, has generated interest from at least eight teams and appeared ready to let the market play out over the coming week, but the Indians made a move on Friday. "The Indians came at us with an aggressive offer," agent Joe Urbon said. "Grady has always maintained that he would be interested in returning to Cleveland."
