The Pirates have retained their entire coaching staff for the 2012 season. Pittsburgh bench coach Jeff Banister, pitching coach Ray Searage, hitting coach Gregg Ritchie, first-base coach Luis Silverio, third-base coach Nick Leyva, bullpen coach Euclides Rojas, bullpen catcher Heberto Andrade and major league coach Mark Strittmatter will return in their current capacity.
