Chase Utley has been cleared to exercise following a concussion sustained on Wednesday when he was hit in the head with a pitch. The plan is for Utley to workout on Saturday and Sunday and undergo additional impact testing on Monday before another doctor's visit. Utley is hitting .262 with 10 homers and 41 RBIs in 88 games.
