The Rangers have decided to skip Alexi Ogando's next turn in the starting rotation. Ogando, who has failed to get through five innings in each of his last two starts, had been scheduled to pitch Monday at Tampa Bay. Instead, he'll next pitch on Sept. 10 at home against the Athletics. "Just like we did with [Matt] Harrison, we can get him in the bullpen and work with him and let him kind of catch his second wind," Washington said. "That's all."
