As of Tuesday, the Astros hadn't put left-hander Wandy Rodriguez through waivers, reports Jon Heyman of Sports Illustrated. Executives believe that Rodriguez would clear waivers if placed on them. Padres closer Heath Bell hasn't been put through waivers either, but executives believe he'd be claimed.
