Mets shortstop Jose Reyes left Sunday's game against the Braves in the bottom of the second inning with stiffness in his left hamstring.
Reyes suffered a strain to his left hamstring last month, causing him to miss 15 days.
The All-Star will have an MRI on Sunday at the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan, according to the team.
