The Orioles have acquired left-hander Jo-Jo Reyes on waivers from the Blue Jays. Reyes, 26, went 5-8 with a 5.40 ERA in 20 starts with Toronto. Baltimore also released right-handed pitcher Justin Duchscherer in a long-anticipated move.
