If there is a favorite to land Rays outfielder B.J. Upton, the Nationals are believed to be the front-runner. Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports surveyed a number of baseball officials to determine the leader in the race for Upton. "Rizz has liked him for so long, and now that he's available, I just think he'll pay what he needs to," one executive said in reference to Washington general manager Mike Rizzo.
