Alex Rodriguez says his right knee is improving, but the Yankees third baseman may still opt to skip next week's All-Star Game to take advantage of some rest. "It's getting better," said Rodriguez, who originally tweaked the knee scampering back to third base on June 19 in Chicago. If Rodriguez removes himself from the All-Star Game -- he was voted in as the starter -- he said he still probably will attend. Rodriguez hasn't homered since June 11, a streak of 81 at-bats.
