Nationals pitcher Stephen Strasburg threw off a mound on Monday for the first time in 275 days. Strasburg has been building up his arm strength since undergoing Tommy John surgery on Sept. 3. "First bullpen in the books," Strasburg tweeted. "Felt great! Hopefully time will speed up now!" Strasburg had been throwing light long toss, making longer and longer throws.
