The Detroit Tigers activated pitcher Troy Percival on Sunday after placing the veteran righthander on the 15-day disabled list with a partial tear of the right flexor pronator muscle mass. Percival is 1-1 on the season with three saves and a 3.65 ERA in 12 games pitched during first season in Detroit. To clear room for Percival, Detroit optioned starting pitcher Wilfredo Ledezma to triple-A Toledo.
