The sale of the Astros to a group headed by Houston businessman Jim Crane could be agreed to by next week, according to multiple reports. Astros owner Drayton McLane put the club up for sale in January. Early Tuesday, McLane acknowledged he was in talks with Crane's group but denied any sale agreement was imminent. "There will be nothing happening this week," McLane told the Houston Chronicle.
