After starting the season 17-20, the Minnesota Twins have decided the time is right to show their pitching star to the world. Top prospect Francisco Liriano has been moved into the starting rotation, where he will replace Carlos Silva, who was unable to hold the lead Sunday night after his team gave him seven runs in the first inning. Liriano is one of the top prospects in all of baseball and have some saying he is the next Johan Santana.
