The Astros have pushed back J.A. Happ's first start of the season. Instead of facing Philadelphia on Sunday, he'll pitch against Cincinnati on Tuesday. Bud Norris will start for Houston against Philadelphia's Roy Oswalt, who will be making his first start against his former team.
