After plenty of discussion and evaluation over the last six weeks, the Rangers said Thursday that Neftali Feliz will remain the team's closer in 2011, according to an ESPN.com report. The decision means the Rangers' rotation is set with LHP C.J. Wilson, RHP Colby Lewis, LHP Tommy Hunter, RHP Matt Harrison and LHP Derek Holland to start the season.
