The Rangers have moved right-hander Brett Tomko to their major league camp and optioned four players to minor leagues. Texas outfielder Engel Beltre, left-hander Zach Phillips and right-handers Fabio Castillo and Wilmer Font were optioned to the minor league camp. Tomko agreed to a minor league deal with the Rangers last month. With the moves, the Rangers have 52 players on the spring training roster. Tomko is among 16 non-roster players.
