The Orioles have finalized a two-year, $10 million contract with reliever Kevin Gregg. Gregg, 32, went 2-6 with a 3.51 ERA and 37 saves with the Blue Jays last season. He is expected to compete with Koji Uehara for the job as Baltimore's closer.
