Matt Garza, who won 15 games last season, is the newest member of the Cubs' starting rotation. Garza has topped 200 innings each of the past two seasons, and he was 15-10 with a 3.91 ERA last year. On July 26, he threw the first no-hitter in Rays history. He has never pitched at Wrigley Field. "I had the pleasure of seeing it yesterday in its snow-covered glory," Garza said. "It was outstanding and I love it. As long as the dimensions are the same, I'll be all right."
