The Nationals have agreed to a one-year, $1.5 million deal with Rick Ankiel. The deal also includes $1.25 million in performance bonuses. Ankiel will reportedly have a chance to compete with Roger Bernadina for the left field job after Josh Willingham was traded to the Athletics last week.
