Rockies manager Jim Tracy collapsed early Tuesday morning at the baseball winter meetings in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., and was taken to a nearby hospital for tests. Tracy was with Colorado coaches Tom Runnells and Carney Lansford at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort when he collapsed near a set of hotel elevators. He was named National League Manager of the Year in 2009 after taking over the Rockies in May of that year and leading them to the postseason. The Rockies finished third in the NL West last season.
