The Phillies have offered free-agent outfielder Jayson Werth salary arbitration. Philadelphia has not offered arbitration to pitcher Chad Durbin. Werth is widely expected to be one of the major players in this year's free agent market. He hit .296 with 27 home runs and a .532 slugging percentage in 2010 for the NL East champions.
