The Yankees and hitting coach Kevin Long have reached an agreement on a three-year contract, according to multiple sources.
Long's new deal runs through manager Joe Girardi's contract.
His three-year deal worth about $1.2 million expired on Sunday.
It is believed third-base coach Rob Thomson, first-base coach Mick Kelleher and bench coach Tony Pena will return as well.
