Ken Macha has been told that he's no longer a candidate for Pittsburgh's vacant managerial position. Pirates general manager Neal Huntington told Macha on Friday that he's out of the running, according to Macha. That leaves Pirates bench coach Jeff Banister, former Diamondbacks coach Bo Porter, former Pirate Dale Sveum and Carlos Tosca, who recently was named the Braves bench coach.
