Blue Jays pitcher Jesse Litsch will undergo season-ending surgery next week on a tear to the labrum of his right hip. He will need four to six months recovery time after his hip operation. "I've been playing with it since 2006," Litsch said. "It's been there, nagging. We finally had another MRI (last Friday) and it showed a little more tearing, worse than we expected. It's the best thing for me and for the team to get it fixed now so I'm back for spring training."
