Milton Bradley signed a lease for a luxury Magnificent Mile condo just as the baseball season was starting last season, but his landlord says he walked out on the $15,000-a-month lease in the fall. The landlord and the realty company that helped lease the 24th-floor Park Hyatt condo, 800 N. Michigan Ave., are now suing Bradley for $44,100 in back rent, late fees and interest through this month.
