Rays prospect Jake McGee has recovered from Tommy John surgery and could be headed to the team's bullpen. He had the elbow reconstruction surgery in July 2008. McGee is throwing 95 mph and says that his changeup is better than ever. He is being told that Tampa Bay sees him as a fit in the bullpen. "I'd like that role a lot, actually," he told the St. Petersburg Times. "Just the adrenaline going out and knowing I have only one inning for three outs. Pitch for pitch, I can give it all I got."
