Yankees general manager Brian Cashman expects Joba Chamberlain and Phil Hughes to be in the team's starting rotation next season. "I look at them as starters that can relieve," Cashman said Tuesday. "We haven't had our meetings, but I would anticipate going to spring training with as much starting depth as possible." Chamberlain made 31 starts and one relief appearance in 2009. Hughes made just seven starts and 44 relief appearances as he developed into a reliable bridge to closer Mariano Rivera.
