Rusty Greer has interviewed to become the hitting coach of the Rangers. Greer, who has been coaching in the Texas Collegiate League the past few seasons, declined to comment on the discussions. The Rangers are trying to find a replacement for longtime hitting coach Rudy Jaramillo.
