Major League Baseball is monitoring the fight between Frank McCourt and his wife Jamie for control of the Dodgers. The pair, who are in the process of a divorce, are expected to take their fight for the team to court this week. "Obviously, there's a disruption there," Bob DuPuy, president and chief operating officer of Major League Baseball, told the Los Angeles Times. "The team is being operated just fine." The commissioner's office is not encouraging the McCourts to consider selling the team. "That has never been discussed," DuPuy said.
