Rays manager Joe Maddon plans to meet individually with each member of his staff next week. Though each is at the end of his contract, Maddon isn't anticipating changes in the wake of the team's disappointing season. "I know what it's like," Maddon told the St. Petersburg Times of waiting to hear of your future. "But part of the positive side is that coaches know that's the way it is and that's the way it works and it's always going to work that way. It's just an uncomfortable moment that we can rectify very quickly."
