A number of Dodgers will be eligible for salary arbitration this winter, which could cause the team's payroll to jump as much as $20 million. The Dodgers have paid the quartet of Andre Ethier, Matt Kemp, Chad Billingsley and James Loney less than $5 million combined for their services in 2009. In addition to the players listed above, Jonathan Broxton, Russell Martin, George Sherrill and Hong-Chih Kuo could earn raises as well. Ethier and Kemp are expected to earn the most significant raises, according to agents, who speculated to the Los Angeles Times that Ethier could earn $7 million or so next season and Kemp around $4 million.
