Andrew Thomas Gallo was indicted on three counts of murder earlier this week.
Gallo was also indicted by the Orange County grand jury on charges of felony hit-and-run, driving under the influence and causing injury, and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol or higher and causing injury, according to the Orange County Register.
He faces a maximum sentence of 54 years and eight months to life in prison if convicted on all counts after causing the crash that killed three people, including Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart.
