An error on the Rays' lineup card forced pitcher Andy Sonnanstine to bat against the Indians on Sunday. Tampa Bay listed Ben Zobrist and Evan Longoria as the third baseman. Longoria was supposed to be the team's designated hitter. After the top of the first, the game was delayed 13 minutes as the umpires discussed the matter among themselves and individually with managers Joe Maddon and Eric Wedge. The Rays lost their DH spot because of the error.
