Chien-Ming Wang says that he feels fine despite a 34.50 ERA, but the Yankees are expected to skip his next turn in the rotation. His next scheduled start is Friday against the Red Sox, but with an off day on Thursday, manager Joe Girardi is expected to skip him. "I feel fine today," Wang said Saturday after giving up eight runs on eight hits in a little over an inning. "Today the ball was down. I make a mistake with a slider." Girardi acknowledged that a decision will have to be made with Wang, whether it's a move to the bullpen or a trip to the minors, after his third straight poor appearance. "I understand," Girardi said.
