CC Sabathia, who will start on Opening Day for the Yankees, believes that nerves are a good thing when starting a new season. "I always get nerves," Sabathia said Sunday. "You get nervous, kind of anxious. The times that I haven't been nervous or anxious, I don't pitch that well. It's just part of it." Sabathia has a long line of success against the Orioles. He is 5-0 with a 2.38 ERA in nine career starts against Baltimore, and 3-0 with a 2.60 ERA in four starts at Camden Yards. "There's been a lot of anticipation about were we going to get CC or not once the season ended last year," manager Joe Girardi said. "This is the point we wanted to get to, him in a Yankees' uniform on the hill for us. We're here."
