Reliever Troy Percival is feeling great and vows to help the Rays out of the bullpen this season. "No doubt in my mind," Percival said. "I haven't had any setbacks to say otherwise. My velocity's getting up there, low-90's, pretty consistent. Now my command has been pretty good." He threw 42 pitches during a bullpen session on Monday and came away without suffering at setbacks. "I just have to keep taking steps," Percival said. "And the next step is facing hitters with full adrenalin. And being able to command all my offspeed pitches, which, so far, the change and the cutter have been good and the curveball is coming around. It's going to take a few innings, but I don't see any reason I shouldn't be full throttle after a few innings [this spring]."
