Pitcher Todd Wellemeyer and outfielder Chris Duncan agreed Monday to one-year contracts with the Cardinals. Wellemeyer agreed to a $4.05 million deal while Duncan landed a $825,000. Three more Cardinals are eligible for arbitration: outfielders Ryan Ludwick and Rick Ankiel and pitcher Brad Thompson.
