Milton Bradley arrived at the winter meetings on Monday and promptly went to lunch with his agents and officials from the American League champion Tampa Bay Rays. The Rays are in the market for a full-time designated hitter or right fielder and are hopeful that a prominent free agent will fall to them at the right price.
