CC Sabathia developed a relationship with LeBron James from his days with the Cavaliers, and the Knicks pursuit of King James could help the Yankees land Sabathia. James, as the world famously learned in the playoffs of 2007, is a Yankees fan. The Knicks pulled the trigger on a pair of trades Friday that will allow them to make a play for James in the summer of 2010.
