The Mets have lost outfielder Fernando Tatis for the remainder of the season with a separated right shoulder, according to Detroit Free Press. He injured the shoulder against the Nationals on Tuesday night while attempting a diving catch in the fifth inning of the team's loss. "He's done," Manager Jerry Manuel said. "That's very discouraging, to lose a big piece of where we are and what we've accomplished." Tatis batted .297 with 11 home runs and 47 RBIs this season.
