Dodgers' starter Brad Penny claims that he is ready to return to the mound and possibly start by the end of the week, according to The Los Angeles Times. Penny has spent more than seven weeks on the disabled list because of a sore right shoulder. He, like the rest of Los Angeles, is excited about the arrival of Manny Ramirez. "That's definitely the biggest move since I've been here," said Penny. "It's going to help us probably win the division. One guy can't win the division, but we've got that legitimate power guy now -- and he hits for average."
