Cleveland pitcher C.C. Sabathia believes that he could play for the Giants at some point in his career even if they aren't willing to pony up the money he'll likely command this season, according to The San Francisco Chronicle. When asked if he would add San Francisco to his list of teams to call this winter, Sabathia said, "I guess. I haven't really thought about that yet. It might be a little close to home. I don't know that that would work out."
