The New York Yankees have agreed to a one-year, 12.5 million deal with Brett Gardner, a source has confirmed.
Gardner will receive a $2 million signing bonus and $8 million salary for 2020. The Yankees hold a $10 million option for 2021 with a $2.5 million buyout.
The outfielder is the longest-tenured player on the club.
