The Chicago Cubs have bolstered their bullpen by signing Craig Kimbrel to a three-year deal.
The deal is worth $45 million, according to The Athletic.
Kimbrel was a free agent for seven months as the Major League free agent market continues an odd shift.
The Cubs have blown 11 saves this season, the third most in baseball.
