The Cleveland Indians have agreed to a minor league deal with Austin Jackson, according to sources.
Jackson signed with the Chicago White Sox last offseason, but played less than three months before having season-ending knee surgery.
The outfielder gives the Indians some outfield depth and insurance in case Michael Brantley isn't ready for the start of the season.
