Friday night the Cardinals won convincingly, evening the series 1-1. Home cooking helped Jeff Suppan deliver one of his strongest performances of the season. He gave up 5 hits and one run while Jim Edmonds hit two two-run homeruns and So Taguchi joined the act, hitting two out of Busch Stadium. Suppan is now 7-6. Cardinal fans hope that Suppan is back on the winning pace he set last season, notching a 16-9 record. Read more »
